Snowangel, I’m unable to run this game despite using program compatibility (Windows Vista and 7). Is there any way I could run it?
PC: Laptop (ASUS K46C)
OS: Wins 8.1
Graphic Card: Nvidia Geforce 740M
Hello Chihel this is an older game and it doesn’t run in Windows 8(Your OS is 8.1), as it says in the System Requirements you can only play it if you have Windows 7 and oldest.
You can try changing the compatibility of the game by right click in the game you want to run, open properties, click the compatibility tab and find Windows XP or Vista or 7 from the drop down menu.
Click OK and try playing it again. Let me know how it went 🙂
I did tried changing the compatibility of the game before and still doesn’t run. I guess I’ll have to give up on this game (though I really this kind of game.. TT3TT). Thanks for replying.
You can try playing one of the newest games of the series, if you haven’t yet.
Some are working on Windows 8 and you can find them here http://snowangelgames.me/?s=Hidden+Expedition
There is a trick of running a virtual OS, although you need to have an XP install disk around and your computer has to support it. Dual boot is another alternative. I find many RPG games don’t work in 8 and up.
And it might help to run in Administator mode.
