Yes. All the missing DLL files are missing from our comouters, not games (I have them missing all the time too). You’ll have to update your Windows or download manually the DLL file from herehttp://www.filefactory.com/file/foxq2c1yanv/api-ms-win-downlevel-shlwapi-l1-1-0.zip
