Hi Jackie. They replied saying there’s an issue with the provider of your email (bigpond) that’s blocking their emails. They try to solve it but they didn’t give me any more details on how or when. If you have another email (like gmail or yahoo) you can try subscribing from there and see how it goes.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience, if they don’t fix it I will have to change them and find another to share my games.
