The game is not running whenever Im launching it. I turned off the antivirus and tried but it still doesnt work. The screen becomes black with the pointer showing the loading icon but it exits to the desktop shortly. Kindly guide me how I can make it work. Thank you

do you hear sound while the black screen is displayed? black screen with sound it’s usually a graphic card issue. Check if there are updates available for the graphic card you have on your PC. Are you running Windows 11? Check also your Windows to see if there’s an update available.

Thank you for the reply. No there was no sound at all. The pointer does become into the game pointer but thats about it. Exists within a few seconds. I will have to check which version of Windows I have. I did recently update it.
