Hi Snowangel! I can’t start the game. They say “graphic card not supported” What does it mean? 🙁
Happens to me too,says the same 🙁 I don’t know what to do. Pls Snowangel can you help ?

Then the game will work. Let me know if you guys have any more problems with it 🙂

I tried like 3 times to do that,but it always freezes,stays on “installing” forever,freezes all my pc,I have to shut down always 🙁
I know,I tried,this never happened with any other game,my graphic is fine,my pc is ok,but freezes when I try to install that :/ Always.

You’re not bothering me at all 🙂 the “graphic card not supported” error doesn’t mean that the game is broken though, it means your DirectX is not updated to the latest version.
If you can’t run it from there, then try updating it online from here (if your OS is Windows 10):

Well I tried the link,only has 2 files,a sound one and a word one …does not install anything..O.O still i tried again with the one that comes in the folder of the game,again it froze my pc,I am working with windows 7,I tried to go to microsof,downloaded the direct x there and tried to install,but guess what,it froze also..Its very strange,All the other games are working fine,I have to go an search direct x folder and idk try to see whats happening..agrrr. Thank you for your help.Ur very kind. ^_^
Well,I tried again,deleting the direct x I had and updated my GEFORGE and YES ! IT WORKS 😀 So happy.I really love this kind of game.I just want to tell you that and of course,thank you. ^_^
