I’m having trouble figuring out what the game means by “flip house”. I understand the concept in real life but have tried everything I can think of in the game and it won’t check the box. I’m sure I’m missing something obvious. Help!

I found it! When you click on a house for sale, there is a flip button to the right of offer double. The flipping is an automatic oeuvres the game does when you select flip rather than buy.

I installed this game but it gave me the error of a missing ‘dll’ file. I downloaded the missing file and then another error (0xc00007b). Can you let me know what I can do to fix this?
