hey snowangel i know this is full version but this is not the premium/platinum edition,the premium/platinum edition have extra items like wallpaper desktop, more levels, more shop items and this version dont have that. can you upload link the premium/platinum edition please thank you

You need to tell me more details, because I checked it and it’s working fine for me. Did you double click the exe to run and install the game?
yes after i installed the game, i open the folder file and i double click the exe but still not launching, the emily wonder wedding one is working fine but this true love is not working.
I don’t have another version for the Platinum edition, only the standard one.
Be sure your antivirus is not deleting any file the game needs to run.
Also try the following. Don’t double click the exe, instead right click on it and extract the file in your desktop, with your unzipping program. Then go to that folder and try to run the game from there.

the file is giving an error to download. It starts to download, but doesn’t finish.
Hi Lucas. I just checked the file and it worked fine for me. Try a different browser please and keep everything else closed in your pc. Sometimes errors occur while we download and the file ends up corrupted or never finishes the download.
