Hi Ruby, please be sure your antivirus is not blocking and deleting any file. Disable it and extract the game, because it’s working fine.
Unless you are trying to run it on Windows XP, it doesn’t work on those.

I’m not sure if it will work that way, but you can try.
Download it from here

and put it inside the game’s folder (C:GAMESFabulous 3)
For a better fix you’ll need to update your Windows, DLL files are missing from our computers, not games.
