Snow, i’m sorry, you’re probably tired of me, but i again have another problem. Downloaded this game and it worked fine for the first 20 minutes. Then it froze midgame and now i cannot open it. There’s a video after the gamehouse logo and before main menu, telling the story of the hotel if i remember correctly, and instead of it starting it just gets stuck on a blank screen, never plays the video and therefore i can’t get to main menu to start playing. Tried re-installing multiple times with no success. Any idea if this can be fixed?
No idea why it does that.. Try running the game in Windows 7/8 from the compatibility tab in properties. After installing, right click the games icon and go to properties. From there change the Windows to an older one and try again.
