Hi Snowangel! Sorry if I disturb you, I was playing this game when, in the Archives part, I picked up an object to make progress but the game froze and now I cannot play. How can I fix this problem? Thanks for your time 🙂

Hi Giuliana. This was one of the few games I had time to finish til the end, with no issues.
So it froze and you closed it. If you open it again what it does?

If I open it again and I pick up the object, the issue reappears. Perhaps I can play it on the Acer computer to see if the problem is fixed. I did not have this kind of problem with other games so far.

Try restarting the game under a new profile, new name and it will probably be ok. Let me know!🌼

I restarted the game as you said, but the problem kept appearing 🙁 Maybe this time i was unlucky with this game.
