extract/unzip the file and put it in the games folder. Try to play the game again and let me know if it fixed your problem.
I did that but then it asked me for libogg.dll. I unzip libogg.dll (I found it from the dll-files.com) and then it asked me to put msvcr100.dll.. and so on.. Obviously I did not manage to run the game.. Nevermind, ti’s not my lucky game 🙂 thank you for answering!
If you have so many DLL files missing then you should Install any available Windows updates. Many service packs and other patches replace or update some of the hundreds of Microsoft distributed DLL files on your computer. The window.dll file could be included in one of those updates.

Sorry if I disturb you. Is it possible to have this file in Filefactory and in exe. I had a problem with running this game with 7-Zip 🙁
