Mystery P.I.: The London Caper

Mystery P.I.: The London Caper is another installment in a series of straightforward hidden object games with minimal plot. This time, the private investigator is hired by the British royal family to retrieve their stolen crown jewels. The game remains very similar to the previous entries, where the main objective is to find and click on all the items listed at the left side of the screen, on locations around the U.K. capital filled with assorted paraphernalia scattered around cluttering the scenery.

Certain settings can be tweaked in the options menu to adjust the difficulty level, enabling or disabling a time limit and changing the number of hints available. Some of the list entries are riddles or pending tasks instead of the object name, giving clues about the hidden item or instructions about an action that have to be performed. A crown, a key and a pair of handcuffs can be found on every location, giving bonus points and unlocking extra modes when all twenty-five of each one are collected. The hint button shows the position of one of the required items, but takes some time to recharge after use.

Mystery P.I.: Stolen in San Francisco

Mystery P.I.: Stolen in San Francisco is a hidden object game where the player takes the role of private investigator. An armored car has been hit and the thieves took $250 Million in solid gold. The owner of the gold has hired you the Mystery P.I. to find it before the case goes cold and the gold is lost forever

This is a standard hidden object game with 25 locations in and around areas in San Francisco as the backdrop. The player is required to find objects in each scene unlocking clues to progress through the game. Additional mini-games of picture tiles and scene compare are also present. The game has two other game modes that can be unlocked for unlimited Seek & Find and Match-3

Mystery P.I.: Lost in Los Angeles

A famous Hollywood studio hires a private investigator to find the missing copy of an expensive unreleased movie, paying a reward of 15 million dollars if the film is retrieved within 17 hours

Mystery P.I.: Lost in Los Angeles is another straightforward hidden object installment to the SpinTop series of games, with identical gameplay to the earlier entries. Most of the time, the objective is to find and click on all the objects from a list at the left side of the screen, on scenes filled with assorted objects depicting places in Los Angeles and other related locations. Besides the list objects, the player can optionally collect two special items on every screen, a film reel and a key, to unlock two extra modes. The game can be played with or without a time limit, available as an option at the beginning.

Mystery P.I.: The New York Fortune

Mystery P.I.: The New York Fortune is a hidden object game where, as a private detective hired by the family of a New York billionaire to retrieve his will, the player has to search screens filled with objects, finding and clicking on all the items from a list at the left side. Finding several consecutive list item gives extra points. Besides the required objects, an apple and a key appear on all locations. They can be optionally collected to unlock two extra modes. Each item gives 5,000 points, with 2,500 added when making a combo. Hints cost 7,500 points, and there’s a wait between each use as the hint meter slowly fills back up.

Some of the list items show clues instead of the object name. At the end of each chapter, one of four mini-games must be completed. In one of them, a picture is segmented in circles that must be rotated to unscramble the image. Another is a tile-matching game, where pair of tiles are swapped in a grid, and the player must align three or more matching icons to remove the background. The remaining mini-games are a word search puzzle and a jigsaw puzzle with square pieces.

The two extra modes are unlimited seek and find, where the player has to find all the objects on each location, and spot-the-differences, where the screen is split in two similar images and the player must click on the differences.

Mystery P.I.: The Vegas Heist

Mystery P.I.: The Vegas Heist is a standard hidden object game. The player takes the role of a detective trying to find four billions dollars stolen from the vault of a casino.

Las Vegas is represented as a series of static screens filled with objects. The player must find and click on several things listed at the left of the screen, within a time limit.

Four mini-games appear between locations. Three of them are puzzle variations, where the pieces have to be dragged, swapped, and rotated to reassemble a picture. The fourth mini-game is crosswords using letters that resemble a ransom note.

The player can turn on an option for unlimited hints. Otherwise, hints cost 7500 points, and there’s a waiting period before they can be used again.

Mystery P.I.: The Lottery Ticket

Grandma Rose has won $488 millions by playing at the lottery. The only problem she has is that she lost her ticket! So, she hired you, one of the most famous investigators. You’re the Mystery P.I. and you’re decided to help her by trying to retrace her footsteps.

Mystery P.I.: The Lottery Ticket is a seek and find game, meaning that you have to search for hidden objects. At the beginning of each level, you’re given a list of what you have to find in a limited time. Once you spot an item on the list, you have to click on it. There are also mini-games. The game features also ranks. The “Perfect Investigation” gives a big bonus of points, making you rising through the ranks faster.
