It has a keygen inside and you can generate your own key to enter and play the full game.

Msvcp110.dll is missing from your computer and the game cannot start. What you can do is, download the file from here:
http://www.filefactory.com/file/7j8863uy6nk7/msvcp110.dll
and put it in the folder of the game. Then restart the game and let me know how it went.
